Transcend 240GB M.2 SSD Overview

It also features SLC caching technology to help boost transfer speeds, a RAID engine and LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding to help ensure data integrity, and support for Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep) to help prolong your notebook's battery life. This Transcend 240GB M.2 SSD has also been equipped with a DDR3 RAM cache and support for S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, and NCQ commands. Compatible operating systems include Windows 10, 8, and 7, as well as Linux Kernel 2.6.31 and later.
